Brilliant Jason. My husband and I are eBay sellers. I buy on the site as well. Anything I think about purchasing on Amazon I check eBay and usually find it on eBay at a better price. Your analysis is spot on about feedback. If a sellers feedback is below 98% I am wary of purchasing. I work to keep mine at 100 but know one negative will bring it down. In my Christian walk I think speaking less is key. Praying more and for others daily is my goal. My husband is reading this now. Thank you.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Imagine how much better the world could be if in the "real world" we all worked as hard as you do to maintain that rating.

I agree that speaking less is a key because we tend to trap ourselves with our words. And Proverbs 17:27 reminds us, "A truly wise person uses few words; a person with understanding is even-tempered."

Wow great info. I really need to work on the Ephesians 4 verse. I get angry at evil and express it verbally.

I love ebay because I live in a small town without stores to shop in. I order so much from ebay. My husband and I order our SAS work shoes at more than half the cost. I like to find used books on there, I rarely buy new books. It's my perfect vehicle to find things I want and need for a good price.

I think we've all been guilty of a little "righteous" anger. My wife and I often get angry together. Lol. Or maybe I get her worked up. She hates politics while I am very much interested.

eBay has always been great especially for those who aren't close to stores or who can't get out much. My cousin used to make a living just buying and reselling on eBay.

"As we strive to live authentically for Christ, may we remember that our lives are often the only Bible some people will ever read." This hit me like a ton of bricks. While my "rating" is not even close to 100%, I am at least mindful of that fact and continually strive to improve my "rating" so that others may benefit and continue to use me as a "highly-rated seller" on Christ's behalf. Thank you for the engaging and thoughtful melding of the creation of ebay with our Christian walk.

I'm not sure any of us have that perfect rating, but being mindful and striving for that rating goes a long way towards improvement.

Only Jesus has that 💯% rating, but yes, the striving part is probably the most important.
