Once again, you offer an excellent spiritual lesson built around a very interesting subject. With regards to Ward Bond, I always enjoyed his acting. And as for dying at 57, we are once again reminded that our time spent here is so very short.
I nominate this account for your “best of . . “ collection, not just for shedding light on an interesting and noble character, not more importantly for pulling together the crucial support for a central theme of the Christian’s life experience. Well done! And thank you very much.
A very surprising revelation that Bond was in the most films of any actor in the top 100 of all time. I love the era of the late 30s through the 40s, and I would never have even thought of him in this regard. But I have to say, I always enjoy his characters because he really was that good.
You are so very right that once we know Jesus, it's not about the destination but navigating the journey through the ups and downs, the good and the bad, the fun and the difficult.
